“When I went
to Robert for emotional or Spiritual healing, that’s what I’d receive.
Always. And in large measure. But I’d also experience healing of
physical symptoms; symptoms I hadn’t told Robert about. The same thing
happened when I
went to Robert for physical healing. He addressed my symptoms, of
course. But in the quiet golden glow of Robert’s healing room, I’d feel
a heightened sense of tranquility and a powerful connection to the
Divine.
As a Reiki Master, myself, I found that Robert’s healings reinforced an
important lesson about the Divine nature of the energy that works
through us. The way the Divine addresses even unstated symptoms. And the
Divine’s refusal - perhaps even inability - to separate the afflictions
of the body from those of the soul.”

Holistic
Healing
As noted, Robert Ellis Gordon serves a varied clientele. Some clients are
afflicted with illnesses of varying severity. Some suffer from such
emotional maladies as depression, anxiety and PTSD. Others speak of an
emotional flatness, of a life that’s devoid of passion and purpose. And
still others desire a closer relationship with Spirit.
These issues are almost always, in some way or ways, related. If a client is
worried about a child who has lost his way and is abusing drugs, the client
may well be suffering from a new or exacerbated illness. A client who is
lacking in passion or purpose, or who suffers from chronic physical or
emotional pain, tends to be more vulnerable than some to addiction.
And so it is with the process of healing: it’s akin to weaving a tapestry. A
client suffering from a terminal illness, for example, may desire to heal
any number of emotional rifts before she dies. As the emotional rifts are
healed, her fear of death diminishes. And as she experiences the diminished
pain associated with peace of mind, the client encounters less of the
static, less of the interference that thickens the filter between body and
soul, between the human and the Divine. It is then that this client may, if
she wishes, experience a closer, more direct, more accessible relationship
with Spirit. And if she so chooses, union with Spirit will magnify the State
of Grace she desires and deserves.
In the context of sickness and healing, such myriad inter-relationships are
the rule not the exception. And herein lies the elegance of energetic
healing. For energy that heals - simultaneously and compassionately - on the
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, serves to address complex
sets of related afflictions in one fell swoop if you will. Holistically. By
so doing, the energy addresses suffering without asking the client to
over-analyze, to break suffering down into component parts; without asking
the client to do anything, in fact, other
than to receive.
